Happy 10th Birthday Evie! How to draw - orangutan from The Jungle Book

Big Happy Birthday to you Evie! Your 10th birthday, wow you're becoming a grown up little girl - have a lovely day from your Auntie and Uncle up here in Glasgow!

Now then, I've been thinking about monkeys lately so of course I thought of you. Have you seen the Jungle Book? It's going to be on the television for the first time this Sunday 6th December at 5.25pm on Channel 4! I loved watching it when I was little and I loved the monkey in it - an orangutan actually. He's a real character and here's one of his songs - when I listen to it I sing the words for the rest of the day! "Ooo be do, I want to be like you ooo ooo mancub!"

We went to Bornio back when we lived in Australia and went to an orangutan sanctuary. There were loads of them, from big grown ups to little babies. It was amazing to watch them!
