Huge big Happy Birthday to our niece Evie!
You're becoming a grown up little girl now, eleven years old! I decided to make you something to wear and I hope you like it. I went to a workshop to teach me how to make jewellery just as your Mum does. I know you like making things like me, so I made you a necklace with art charms on it - a palette for mixing paint, a tube of paint and a paint brush. It was fun making it and I hope the chain fits around your neck! Here are a few photos to show you what I did...
I also saw this kit for painting silk - I have artist friends who do this and make beautiful framed pictures to go on the wall. We hope you enjoy experimenting with the paint and seeing how it works on the silk. It would be lovely to hear how it works for you so make a comment on here!

Uncle Paul and I are going to have a baby! It's a little boy and it will be your cousin. We're so excited - he's going to be born before Christmas so everything is going to change in our house very soon! Watch this space and we will tell you all about it when he's born...
